To veil or not to veil?

3:22 PM

Trend alert! The traditional veil has made a comeback. This tradition has dated back centuries, and has a lot of symbolic connotations with different cultures and religions. Nowadays it’s more of a fashion accessory. More and more brides are opting to accessorize with a veil on their big day.
There are many ways to wear it. However, the easiest way is having your normal orna draped on your head and placing a sheer orna over the top to cover your face.

Back in the day, a bride would enter the wedding venue wearing a veil, so that the groom would be able to see her first. However, it doesn’t work that way now since the photographer sees you first. But hey! That doesn’t count. How sweet is it to see to see the groom’s reaction when he lifts the veil and sees his bride for the first time? It also makes a great photo opportunity too.
